This week marks the beginning of my health journey. I have never been one to eat healthy or enjoy working out, but as I get older I am realizing the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle.
On Tuesday, my friend and I went to a Pilates class on campus. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It was a great workout, lots of fun, and free (well, included in our university’s tuition). I’ve been a student for almost 5 years now, yet I can count how many times I’ve been to the gym on one hand (Pretty sad right?) I figured, this is the only time in my life where I’ll have access to free workout classes, so I might as well take advantage of this opportunity.
