Thred Up Jewelry Haul + Review - Branded Package

I shopped with ThredUp for the first time and they exceeded my expectations. If you’re not familiar with ThredUp*, they are an online thrift store that sells super cute clothing at an affordable price. That’s right, an ONLINE thrift store. First-time shoppers receive a 40% off coupon, making the price even more affordable!  The thing that really impressed me about ThredUp is their branding. When my box arrived at my door, I couldn’t wait to open it! It is literally covered with teal polka dots. I mean, how much cuter can it get?

The branding is carried throughout the box. They had stickers, cute little sayings, and even a personalized thank you letter from the CEO.

Thred up box & packaging

To my surprise, every item I purchased was individually wrapped in its own box. I was not expecting that at all. Especially since they are technically a thrift store. When you thrift as much as I do, your expectations for the overall quality of things are pretty low.

Let’s Get Into The Jewelry

Once I finished oooing and awwing over the packaging, I finally opened the jewelry. All of the necklaces were $7.20 and all of the bracelets were $4.80. They accidentally shipped me a pair of earrings I didn’t order too. I asked them what I should do about the earrings and they told me to keep them. So one pair of earrings for $0.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with ThredUp*. All of the pieces I bought are great quality and super cute. I needed jewelry for the longest, so I am super happy that I finally found some without having to shop at a fast-fashion store. It really was love at first sight with ThredUp, because as soon as I laid eyes on the polka dot package, I was sold. I give two thumbs up to this online thrift store.
