I am a lover of anything girly and I mean what’s girlier than ruffles?! I was so thrilled when my mom found this ruffle number for me at the thrift store. With ruffles and off-shoulder styles currently trending, this dress literally is the epitome of spring 2017. This piece is actually a looooong maxi dress, however I chose to style it as a top, because I needed to be a little more mobile this day. I promise you, you’ll see this styled as a dress in the near future.
