The weather is cooling down and the leaves are (kind of) changing here in LA, so I figured now is the time to decorate for Fall! I don’t usually decorate for fall, but I needed to give off fall-vibes in my brand collaboration with Passion Lilie. My fiancé suggested that we buy décor from Wal-Mart, but I told him I wanted the items to be sustainable. So off to Savers Thrift Store we went. I like to keep my décor super minimal because that’s my aesthetic and I live in a 600 sq ft. apartment, so I don’t have room to store lots of décor. I’m super happy with my thrifted fall décor.

Tips for Decorating For Fall

1. Buy Secondhand First

You may be suprised by how many cute fall decorations you can find at your local thrift store or even on Facebook marketplace.

2. Opt for Pumpkins

Buying pumpkins is great because you can eat them afterwards. If you decide not to eat your pumpkins, please make sure to dispose of them properly.

3. Use What You Have

No need to buy anything new if you already own decorations. Also, simple things like candles and fall leaves make for cute fall decor.
