My Sunday consisted of rummaging through boxes and boxes of TOMS shoes, in search for the perfect-pair to add to my lazy-girl wardrobe. I went into the TOMS warehouse sale looking for a lace pair of TOMS, but they didn’t have any in my size. I can’t complain because I did find three extra cutie pairs.

Finding the three cutie pairs took me about an hour and a half because the space for the TOMS warehouse sale was huge! I definitely wasn’t expecting the number of shoes or people at this thing. At first glance (and from the photos) this sale looked chaotic, but thankfully, everything was actually super well organized. The shoes were sorted by size, the lines moved quickly, and they even had seating areas which made trying on shoes easy.

Even though everything was well-organized, the sale honestly stressed me out a bit. Seeing how many of these shoes were being offered at a discounted rate made me wonder, what happens to the shoes that don’t end up in a lovely home? Was this their last chance at life before ending up in a landfill? I am going to reach out to TOMS to find out what happens to all of the unsold items from this event

Update April 2020: I never received a response about what happens to the unsold shoes.

The Shoes:

I spent a total of $32 at the TOMS Warehouse sale and came home with a few pairs that I really love.

I’ve already decided these are going to be my go-to shoes for running errands and traveling.

Never did I think I’d own a classic pair of TOMS, but here I am. They are so comfortable!

I was so excited to find this pair. It was literally the only pair of its kind offered in my size at the sale.
